- ¼ cup low fat buttermilk
- 1 tsp. non fat Italian dressing
- 4 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
- 2 Tbs. Italian panko crumbs, like Progresso
- Heat oven to 400ºF. Stir together buttermilk and dressing. Dip chicken in buttermilk mixture; coat with crumbs. Coat lightly with cooking spray. Bake 20 min. Serve with 1 cup broccoli and ¼ cup roasted potatoes.
