Apple and ginger fizz Rezept

  • 2   small green apple 
  •     a little lemon juice 
  • 6   cm piece root ginger 
  • 500 ml  clear apple juice 
  • 750 ml  ginger ale

Slice the apples into slices cutting across the core, and toss in a little lemon juice. Slice the ginger. Decorate 6 glasses with a slice of apple and ginger by making a small cut into each piece and hanging on the side of the glasses, Place the remiang sliced ginger and apple into a large jug and leave to stand until ready to serve. Just before serving top up the jug with ginger ale

Tipplers Tip: Add 2 tbsp of calvados or brandy to the apple juice before adding the ginger beer
