Asparagus "soldiers" with boiled egg

- 500 g green asparagus
- Salt
- 4 medium eggs
- Sea salt

- Wash asparagus and remove the woody ends. Halve the stems crossways. Cook the asparagus tips in boiling salted water for about 4 minutes. Discard the lower stem pieces and use for something else

- Cook the eggs in boiling water for c. 5 minutes

- Place each egg in an egg cup and serve with asparagus tips alongside
- 4.
- Cut off the egg-top and season with sea salt. Dip the "soldiers" into the yolk
