Berry Almond Breakfast Crisp

Zutaten

  •     Makes 1 serving 
  •     1 ¼ cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries) 
  • 1   orange, zested and juiced  
  •     ¼ cup rolled old fashioned oats  
  • 1   Tbs. each toasted wheat germ, ground flax seeds and golden raisins, dried cranberries sliced almonds  
  •     ¼ tsp. each ground ginger and cinnamon  
  •     ¼ tsp. vanilla extract

Place berries in ramekin. In bowl, combine oats, wheat germ, flax seed, raisins, ginger, cinnamon, and ¼ tsp. orange zest. Moisten with 2 Tbs. orange juice. Sprinkle over berries. Bake 15 min., or until berries are soft.
