Pasta with Speedy Veggie Sauce Rezept

Zutaten

Für oz. uncooked multi grain spaghetti, like Barilla
  • 3   oz. uncooked multi grain spaghetti, like Barilla 
  •     ¼ cup each, sliced mushrooms, red pepper, zucchini, cauliflower/broccoli florets and white beans 
  • 1   tsp. each chopped garlic and balsamic vinegar 
  • 1   Tbs. chopped fresh basil leaves 
  •     ¼ tsp. Italian seasoning 
  • 1   can no salt tomato sauce (8 oz.)

Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water. In skillet over medium heat cook onion, mushrooms, red pepper, zucchini, cauliflower and white beans in pasta water 5 min., or until vegetables are tender and liquid has evaporated.

Add garlic, balsamic vinegar, basil leaves, Italian seasoning and tomato sauce. Simmer 5 min. Serve over pasta.
