1 box (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin, like Jell-O
1/2 1/2 Tasse diced fresh strawberries
1 box (3 oz.) berry blue gelatin, like Jell-O
1 Tasse frozen lite whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)

1.: Add 1 cup boiling water to strawberry gelatin; stir 2 minutes or until dissolved. Add ½ c cold water. Pour into a 9x5” loaf pan. Refrigerate 25 minutes. Add strawberries and stir to coat. Refrigerate 1 hour, or until firm. Add 1 cup boiling water to berry gelatin; stir 2 minutes or until dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water. Pour into a 9x5” loaf pan; refrigerate 1 ½ hours, or until firm. Dip bottom of pan into warm water for 15 seconds. Invert over a cutting board. Cut into dice. Repeat with second pan. Layer strawberry gelatin, whipped topping and berry gelatin into serving glasses. Refrigerate until served
